Rapid Response coordinates activities through the One-Stop Career Centers to provide seamless employment services.

The DCS administers The Trade Act programs of 1974 providing funding for dislocated workers whose company has been certified by the U.S. Department of Labor as adversely impacted by foreign trade. Workers who have been dislocated from Trade certified companies must be provided with universal access to basic/core reemployment services under the Workforce Investment Act. Trade eligible workers may receive additional core and intensive services through Wagner-Peyser or Title I Dislocated Worker programs.
